Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient reduction effect of hull oscillation by using a first and a second steering units compatibly as fins for reducing hull oscillation. CONSTITUTION:When sailing without requirement of a large steering angle which is required in high speed sailing in oceans, a first steering unit 6'L and a second steering unit 6'R are made to function as anti-pitching fins. That is, respective steering units 6'L, 6'R are turned to opposite directions each other to make a bow up and down. This time, the first and second steering units 6'L and 6'R generate sufficient lift as they are in back flowing of propeller. Then, steering is made by a third steering unit 7.
