Title:
2相型無電源センサ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP7166534
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To reduce the cost of a no-power sensor significantly lower than before by easily and securely mounting the no-power sensor using a pair of preformed through-holes.SOLUTION: The two-phase type no-power sensor according to the present invention is provided with a no-power sensor case (101) at the lower part of a main body case (2) below a mounting member (3). In a pair of first and second mounting through holes (50 and 51) formed in advance in the no-power sensor case (101), the first mounting through hole (50) is used as an A-phase mounting hole, the second mounting through hole (51) is used as a B-phase mounting hole. An A-phase bobbin (60) having an A-phase coil (11), a magnet (10), and an A-phase core (22) is inserted and fixed in the first mounting through hole (50). A B-phase bobbin (61) having a B-phase coil (11a), a magnet (10a), and a B-phase core (22) is inserted and fixed in the second mounting through hole (51). Thus, a structure is such that an assembling of the bobbins (60, 61) is facilitated, and the two-phase type non-power sensor (1A) can be obtained with high accuracy and easily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
