To provide a 2-way drive selection structure of a massage apparatus by a direction switching control which achieves the double massaging effect in the combined massage by arranging parts of the massage apparatus to be driven to be singly rotated accurately at the fixed position or moved freely.

The selection structure comprises a main drive gear unit 3 which has a chain shaft 32 at an intermediate position thereof and drives a circulation chain unit 4 linked behind it to rotate the parts of the massage apparatus and a driven gear unit 6 which has a transmission gear 61 connected to the upper part thereof and reciprocates the massage apparatus with a 2 way bolt 7 behind it. In the main drive gear unit, a transmission gear disc 33 at the lower part thereof is meshed with a passive gear disc 62 at the lower part of the driven gear unit to form the same drive power source for the circulation chain unit and the 2-way bolt.
