Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:2,4-Dinitrophenoxyalkylamine derivatives of formula I (R1, R2 are H, alkyl, OH; R3, R4 are H, alkyl, aralkyl, acyl, or incorporate to form a heteroring with a heteroatom; n is 2W3; where the case that R1, R2 are H, R3, R4 are methyl and n is 3 is excluded).
EXAMPLE: 1-Diethylamino-3-(2,4-dinitrophenoxy)-2-propanol hydrochloride.
USE: A remedy for disorders in circulatory organs, especially for isthemic cardiopathy, antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic agents.
PREPARATION: A compound of formula II is dissolved in an organic solvent as methanol and reacted with a compound of formula III at 20W130°C to produce the objective compound of formula I.
