This invention relates to a 3-aminopyrrolidine derivative shown by the formula, and the pharmaceutical composition containing the compounds. In the formula, X is selected from the group consisting of aryl, heterocycle heteroaryl, carbocycle and the like; Y is a bond, or is selected from the group consisting of oxygen, sulfur, nitrogen, amide bond and the like; Z is selected from the group consisting of carbocycle, aryl, heterocycle or heteroaryl and the like; R1 is independently selected from the group consisting of a carbocycle, heterocycle, aryl, heteroaryl, and the like; R2 is independently selected from the group consisting of H, amino, mono- or di-substituted amino, OH, carboxyl and the like; R3, R4, R5, and R6 are independently selected from the group consisting of H, amino, OH, alkyl, haloalkyl; and R7 and R8 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and the like. The pharmaceutical composition is suitable for treating inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
