Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:Compounds of formula I (R is H, alkyl).
USE: Synthetic intermediate of a compound of formula II, which is used as a blood circulation impromer or a remedy for interruption in arterial blood circulation.
PREPARATION: The reaction of a compound of formula III with another compound of formula IV (X is halogen) is conducted in the presence of an alkali such as caustic soda at 30W150°C for several min to several hr to give the compound of formula I. The compounds of formula I where R is alkyl are obtained by the alkylation of a compound of formula I where R is H with an alkylating agent.
