Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL: 3-Sulfonyl-3,7-diazabicyclo[3,3,1]nonane compd. expressed by formula I and its acid-addition salts. In formula I, R1 is alkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, benzyl; R2 is H, alkyl; R3 is H, alkyl or R2 and R3 may form alkylene; R4 is alkyl, thienyl, -(CH2)n-R5 (n is 0 to 3; R5 is phenyl).
EXAMPLE: 7-(n-Butyl)-3-[(3,4-dicyclophenyl)-sulfonyl]-9,9-dimethyl-3,7- diazabicyclo[3,3,1]nonane.
USE: Pharmaceutics for prevention and treatment of hypenakinesia gastrointestinal motility disorders.
PROCESS: A compd. expressed by formula II is allowed to react with a sulfonic acid deriv. expressed by formula III (X is a reactive group), to which, if necessary, is formed its acid addition salt, to obtain the compd. of formula I.
