Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic picture imaging device and a stereoscopic picture display device for appropriately imaging and displaying a continuous stereoscopic picture. SOLUTION: A stereoscopic picture imaging device is provided which comprises a plurality of image pickup elements 1e for imaging a supplied optical image. Here, a plurality of refractive index distribution lenses 1g corresponding to each of the plurality of image pickup elements 1e are provided which form the optical image by condensing the light incident on an end surface 1pf from an object 0, and supply it to the corresponding image pickup element 1e with the end surfaces 1pf tightly contacting each other.
