Abstract:
To provide a device and a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional lamination molded article that has both high strength and high heat resistance of a crystalline resin and that has improved fusion strength between layers.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional lamination molding method according to the present invention molds a laminate 10 of three-dimensional shape by laminating resin layers 10a, 10b on a platform 3. The three-dimensional lamination molding method uses a crystalline thermoplastic resin as a material; laminates the resin layer 10a by discharging a heat-melted material on the platform 3; cools the resin layer 10a to equal to or less than a glass transition temperature of the material within a predetermined time after discharging; forms a laminate by locally reheating a part A just before the lamination just before next layer material is discharged out of the resin layer 10b which becomes a ground when laminating the resin layer 10a; and anneals the laminate at a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the material and lower than a melting point of the material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
