Abstract:
A three-dimensional modeling apparatus (100A) includes a nozzle (61) that ejects a molten material, which is a plasticized thermoplastic material, a plasticization section (30) which includes a flat screw (40) having a groove (42) extending in a volute shape and a driving motor (32) that rotates the flat screw, the plasticization section rotating the flat screw to thereby guide the molten material to the nozzle through the groove, and an ejection control mechanism (70A) that is disposed in a flow path (65) between the flat screw and the nozzle, and controls an outflow of the molten material from the nozzle.
