PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable method for lamination manufacturing (additive manufacturing) a fiber-reinforced structure further efficiently in time and cost aspects.SOLUTION: A 3D printing method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced composite material structure 10 includes: supplying an opened fiber bundle tape 1 including a plurality of reinforced fibers from a tape supply 3 to a merging station 4; supplying a plurality of base material filaments 5 from a multifilament supply 6 to the merging station 4; pressing the plurality of base material filaments 5 together with the opened fiber bundle tape 1; heating the opened fiber bundle tape 1 together with the plurality of base material filaments 5 to a fusion temperature (T) of the base material filaments 5 in the merging station 4 so as to form an impregnated fiber layer 7; and laminating the impregnated fiber layer 7 as a layer composite material 8 on a print bed 9 so as to form the fiber-reinforced composite material structure 10.
