Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional invention for transmitting three-dimensional space data that the upper limit of the capacity of three-dimensional space data transmitted per unit time can not be varied according to changes of the congestion state of a communication path for transmitting data, changes of the processing load state of a client device displaying a virtual space, variation in the capacity of a memory, and variation in viewpoint moving speed an sight line rotating speed. SOLUTION: In the three-dimensional space data transmission and display system, a transmit data capacity adjustment part 11 varies the upper limit of the capacity of three-dimensional object data transmitted per unit time from a server to a client device according to the changes of the congestion state of the communication line for transmitting the data, the changes of the processing load state of the client device displaying the virtual space and variation in the capacity of the memory, and the variation in the moving speed of a viewpoint and the rotating speed of a sight line. A three-dimensional object extraction part 13 extracts three-dimensional object data in a range which does not exceeds the upper limit of the data capacity set by the transmit data capacity adjustment part 11.
