The multiple display objects exist in the area E and they overflow from the area of the rendering field 1212 which is displayed at high speed. A service quality (QoS) control part 1300 changes the minute degree of texture data so that the objects are settled within the prescribed area of the rendering field 1212 by applying a QoS control rule, the capacity of texture data used for the display of the display objects of the areas B, C, D and E is reduced and high speed plotting property is secured, for example.
