Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce quality reduction of a three-dimensional article.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional lamination device 1 forms a three-dimensional article by laminating a molding layer on a base part 100. The three-dimensional lamination device 1 has: a powder feed part for feeding a powder material; a light irradiation part for irradiating light beam to the powder material and sintering or dissolving and solidifying at least a part of the powder material to which the light beam is irradiated to form a molding layer; a three-dimensional lamination chamber 2 sealed from outside and housing the powder feed part, the light irradiation part, and the base part 100; a gas discharge part 37 for discharging a gas in the three-dimensional lamination chamber 2; and a gas introduction part 38 for introducing a prescribed gas into the three-dimensional lamination chamber 2. The gas discharge part 37 discharges the gas in the three-dimensional lamination chamber 2 and the gas introduction part 38 introduces the prescribed gas, and then a prescribed gas atmosphere is made in the three-dimensional lamination chamber 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
