Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new compound useful as a medicine, specifically an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor and more specifically a preventive, therapeutic and improving drug for senile dementia, cerebrovascular senile dementia and hyperactive attention deficit disorder. SOLUTION: This fluoride is a compound of formula I R1 is a group of formula II (R3 is H, OH or the like; m is 0-6; n is 1-4) or the like; R2 is a group of formula III (ring A is benzene ring or a heterocycle; R5 is H, nitrile or the like; q is 0-5) or the like; except 1-benzyl-4-[(5,6-diethoxy-2-fluoro-1-indanon)-2- yl]methyl-piperidine (salts or the like)) e.g. 1-benzyl-4-[(5,6-diethoxy-2-fluoro-1- indanon)-2-yl]methylpyridine. The compound of the formula I is obtained by fluoridation of 4-substituted piperidine derivative of formula IV R11 is a group of formula V or the like; except 1-benzyl-4-[(5,6-diethoxy-2-fluoro-1-indanon)-2- yl]methylpiperidine}.
