Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide excellent in solubility in an organic solvent, to provide an acid dianhydride compound that is a monomer of the polyimide and to provide a method for producing the acid dianhydride compound.SOLUTION: An acid dianhydride compound is represented by formula [1] (in the formula, R, Rand Reach independently represents a hydrogen atom or a 1-20C alkyl group; R, R, R, R, R, R, Rand Reach independently represents a hydrogen atom, a 1-20C alkyl group or a 1-20C haloalkyl group, provided that Rand R, Rand R, Rand Ror Rand Rmay together form an alkylene chain). A method for producing the acid dianhydride compound and a polyimide are also provided.
