Abstract:
This alternating-current motor comprises: main cores and auxiliary cores connected alternately in the circumferential direction and formed in a ring shape; a main winding and an auxiliary winding annularly routed to the respective cores; and a speed adjustment wire wound overlappingly about either the main winding or the auxiliary winding and annularly routed from a predetermined core A to core B. A starting end and/or a terminating end of the speed adjustment wire are/is connected to a terminal pin provided to an insulator corresponding to a core C which is different from said core A and said core B.
