Abstract:
An ACF ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) attaching apparatus, an apparatus for manufacturing a flat panel display, and the flat panel display are provided to improve work efficiency by partially attaching the ACF and automatically attaching the ACF to be reattached. An ACF attachment unit(10U) attaches the ACF in each electrode group for a substrate composed of a plurality of groups. An inspection unit(60U) inspects the attachment state of the ACF attached on the substrate individually by the ACF attachment unit. An exfoliation unit(70U) exfoliates the ACF from the substrate. A controller controls the inspection unit to detect the ACF to be reattached or the ACF with a defective attachment state, the exfoliation unit, and the ACF attachment unit to reattach the ACF in a position to exfoliate the ACF.
