Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ALC panel with a coating layer which is manufactured in a plant, excels in waterproofness, water resistance and followability and is smooth, the method of manufacturing the same, an ALC panel structure with a tile, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The ALC panel with a coating layer which is manufactured in a plant includes an ALC panel body and a modified silicone-based coating layer formed on a surface of the ALC panel body. Modified silicone-based coating agent forming the modified silicone-based coating layer has viscosity of 5 to 200 Pa s at 23°C and a TI value of 1 or more, less than 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
