Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate an ATM(Automatic Teller Machine) which is to be especially carefully watched and to prevent picture data on a questionable person from being missed when a plurality of ATMs are monitored with one monitor camera. SOLUTION: A this-time log data acquiring means 29 acquires data on the operation state of a customer standing in front of an ATM1 as log data of this time and temporarily stores it into a memory 20. A log file retrieval means 30 retrieves a log file storing means 21 on the basis of individual information supplied from the this-time log data acquiring means 29 and takes out past log data on the customer who is in the midst of a money receiving/paying operation at present. A log data comparing means 31 compares past log data with log data of this time. When the difference of both data is larger than a prescribed value, a warning signal is outputted. A monitor camera control means 32 turns the monitor camera C1 to the customer and outputs a command for acquiring picture data where the part of the face is zoomed up.
