Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an abatement device and a deposit removal means used in an abatement device that can easily scrape and remove, in a short time, deposits that accumulate and adhere to the inner wall of a passage for a gas to be processed or the wall face of a combustion chamber. [Solution] The invention is provided with: a nozzle 16 for a gas to be processed wherein a gas introducing hole outlet 16A by which a gas to be processed PG is introduced into a combustion chamber 11 is disposed on the top face 23A of the combustion chamber 11; a cleaning head 32 that removes and discharges deposits 17 adhering to the inside of the nozzle 16 for the gas to be processed into the combustion chamber 11 from the gas introducing hole outlet 16A by being moved vertically in the nozzle 16 for the gas to be processed; a scraper 34 that is disposed in the combustion chamber 11 so as to be able to rotate horizontally facing the top face 23A and that removes deposits adhering to the top face 23 of the combustion chamber 11; and a drive device that drives the cleaning head 32 and scraper 34 so that the cleaning head 32 and scraper 34 does not interfere.
