Abstract:
To provide an abnormal behavior notification device capable of notifying a user of an alert in a case where a detection target desired to watch by the user performs an abnormal behavior different from usual one, an abnormal behavior notification system, an abnormal behavior notification method, and a program.SOLUTION: A server 200 comprises: a registration unit 210b which registers identification information for identifying a detection target in a storage unit 230; a detection target determination unit 210c which determines whether or not the detection target is represented in an image capturing a road surface or the periphery thereof on the basis of the identification information; an abnormal behavior determination unit 210e which determines whether or not the detection target performs an abnormal behavior different from usual one in a case where the detection target is represented in the image; and an alert transmission unit 210f which transmits an alert in a case where the detection target performs the abnormal behavior.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
