Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the device used for simply detecting an abnormally heat- generatiang spindle in a ring spinning frame, etc., and capable of detecting the abnormal heat generation of the bolster of the spindle during operation.
CONSTITUTION: In a spinning machine on whose frame side surface a plurality of spindles (3) are installed in parallel, temperature-indicating material (2) discolored by the generation of heat are mounted on the desired positions of the bolsters (4) of the respective spindles, and means (7) for detecting the change in the color of the temperature-indicating material (2) is circulated along to the spindle row.
