Title:
ABNORMAL TISSUE DETECTOR AND SIGNAL TRANSMISSION/RECEPTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016083036
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal tissue detector and a signal transmission/reception method which can improve reception efficiency of an impulse signal of a microwave and can improve detection accuracy.SOLUTION: The lengths of wiring of a wiring part 13 connecting a plurality of output ends of a CMOS switch 12 and transmission antennas SA1-SA8 are equalized. The lengths of wiring of a wiring part 15 connecting a plurality of input ends of a CMOS switch 16 and reception antennas RA1-RA8 are equalized. A control part 10, a transmission part 11, and a reception part 17 control the CMOS switches 12, 16. While switching combinations of the transmission antennas SA1-SA8 and the reception antennas RA1-RA8, electric signals are output to the CMOS switch 12. Electric signals output from the reception antennas RA1-RA8 are input through the CMOS switch 16, and signal processing to the input electric signals is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
