Abstract:
To further improve the ground fault accident protection function in an electric car track.SOLUTION: An abnormal voltage protection device 30 of an electric car track comprises a discharging auxiliary gap circuit 36 connected between a pair of discharging arc horns 13 and 14. In the auxiliary gap circuit 36, a plurality of discharge circuits 40-1 and 40-2 and a discharging backup gap 45 are connected in parallel. A plurality of discharge elements 41 and 42 in the plurality of discharge circuits 40-1 and 40-2 are stored in an insulating case 31, and a plurality of arc generation wires 43 in the plurality of discharge circuits 40-1 and 40-2 are respectively arranged just under the arc horns 13 and 14 on the outside of the insulating case 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
