Abstract:
To provide an abnormal water level notification system at a low maintenance cost and a low system introduction cost, which can highly reliably detect an abnormal water level.SOLUTION: An abnormal water level notification system is provided with a center node 2, a router node 3 and a leaf node 4. The leaf node 4 of an RF device such as an RF tag wirelessly transmits a leaf response signal to the router node 3, the router node 3 detects the leaf node 4 to which transmission of the leaf response signal is discontinued, and detects generation of an abnormal water level and flood depth. Information detected at the router node 3 is wirelessly transmitted to the center node 2 with router position information as water level detection information, the center node 2 provides an abnormality notification on the basis of the received information, and transmits the received information to a flood disaster information collection and distribution server 1 on cloud environment 6 via a channel. The flood disaster information collection and distribution server 1 generates a flood disaster generation map on the basis of the received information to be collected, and distributes the generated flood disaster generation map to each portable terminal 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
