To provide an abnormality detecting device determining the occurrence of abnormal condition, by taking into consideration a difference in reliability, in determining the occurrence of an abnormal condition on the basis of signals from a plurality of sensors, when there is differences in the reliability among the signals from the sensors.
The abnormality detecting device is provided with an input means 14 for receiving signals from a plurality of first-group sensors 4 to 6 and second group-sensors 1 to 3 and 7 to 9 for outputting signals indicating abnormality, when an abnormal condition is detected; first determining means 21a, 21b for outputting a signal indicating abnormality, when a predetermined number of a plurality of signals or more from the plurality of first-group sensors received by the input means indicate an abnormality; and second determining means 22a, 22b for outputting a predetermined signal, when a predetermined number that is equal to or more than two, or more of the signals from the second-group sensors received by the input means and output signals of the first determining means indicate abnormalities.
