Title:
ABNORMALITY DETECTING SYSTEM FOR TEXTILE MACHINERY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11334998
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent a package from being wound more than full bundle by providing a first detecting means for detecting the operation state of a length fixing means and a second detecting means for detecting the operation state of a doffing device and by judging the presence/absence of the abnormality based on the detecting results of the both detecting means.

A temporary twisting machine is provided with an automatic doffer 18 to every each winder spindle, and each automatic doffer 18 is provided with a doffing mechanism 21 to which a drive force is transmitted from a common drive shaft 22. When the temporary twisting machine 2 is set in a continuous operation mode, each doffing timer 28 is set and textured yarn is wound around a package P by each winder spindle. Then, the each timer counts till the full bundle value so as to detect the full bundle. When the doffing is performed and a micro switch 29 is turned on, a controller 31 judges whether the operation such as doffing is normal/abnormal based on respective output signals from the doffing timer operation detecting part 28b and the micro switch 29.
