Abstract:
PURPOSE: To detect the abnormality of an electromagnetic valve without driving the electromagnetic valve, in the case of generation of a speed change error of a vehicular transmission drive device.
CONSTITUTION: In a vehicular transmission drive device in which the speed change operation by a change lever is carried out by the control function of electricity and air pressure and plural electromagnetic valves are driven by a transmission control device in accordance with the speed change position of the change lever so as to control the transmission to its corresponding speed change step, respective plus sides and minus sides of the electromagnetic valves Ma-Mn are put in connection between an electric power supply +V and the earth through first and second switching circuits Tr1 and Tr2 respectively. An abnormality detection circuit 11 is put in connection between the minus sides of respective electromagnetic valves and respective second switching circuits and the first and the second switching circuits are made on and off simultaneously in the case of controlling the electromagnetic valves and the second switching circuit Tr2 is made off and only the first switching circuit Tr1 is made on when abnormality detection is carried out.
