Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, in the case where an overheat protection function acts in one communication channel, another normal communication channel from being influenced by the action of the overheat protection function, and to improve a noise resistance property, in a configuration where a plurality of communication transceivers are integrated on one IC chip.SOLUTION: In a configuration where a plurality of communication transceivers are integrated on one IC chip, a protective operation threshold value to be a comparison reference of whether a state before overheat detection is recovered or not is set for each communication channel. When it is identified that one communication channel is brought into an overcurrent state because of any factor and the one communication channel brought into the overcurrent state becomes a state before overheat detection, output of the one communication channel is stopped. As a condition to stop output of a communication channel, a logical AND of becoming the overcurrent state and becoming the state before overheat detection is determined.
