Abstract:
To provide an abnormality detection unit for a hydraulic device, which has further improved detection accuracy.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection unit 104 includes: a monitoring part 504 that is connected to a solenoid valve 118 with a spool position detector disposed in an oil passage 106 of a hydraulic device and repeatedly acquires a response time taken for a spool 132 of the solenoid valve 118 with the spool position detector to move a predetermined section; a temperature correction part 508 that, on the basis of an oil temperature signal acquired from a temperature sensor 119 for measuring the temperature of hydraulic oil, calculates a corrected response time that is corrected according to the temperature of the hydraulic oil at the time when the response time is acquired, and calculates a predetermined calculated value using a plurality of corrected response times; a determination part 510 that determines whether or not the calculated value exceeds a predetermined threshold; and a notification part 512 that notifies a user when the calculated value exceeds the threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
