Abstract:
To provide an abnormality detector for a hydraulic circuit which is lightweight and cheap because of a simple structure, superior in response property and low in pressure loss.
The abnormality detector 1 for a hydraulic circuit is provided on a flow passage connecting a prim piping 7 to a sec. piping 8, together with apparatus 54 required for feeding a fluid, and comprises a back flow blocking mechanism 15 and pressure detector element 25L. The back flow blocking mechanism 15 is disposed on a flow line formed in the body 2, and the pressure detector element 25L detects an abnormal pressure of the fluid at the upstream of the back flow blocking mechanism 15.
