Abstract:

To provide an abnormality detector which is simple, small sized, and light-weight for a mirror of a laser beam machine.

The abnormality detector 50 for a mirror of a laser beam machine is provided with a light radiating part 51 and a light receiving part 52. The light radiating part 51 radiates a light beam J toward a mirror M3. The light receiving part 52 receives a light beam J reflected from the mirror M3 and puts out an output signal based on the receiving condition. Further, the abnormality detector 50 for a mirror of a laser beam machine detects an abnormality of the mirror M3 on the basis of the output signal of the receiving part 52.
