Abstract:
To prevent erroneous determination on presence or absence of abnormality in a blow-by gas passage.SOLUTION: A diagnosis device 50 is provided for an internal combustion engine 10 having: a supercharger 11; a blow-by gas passage 31 for communicating a part at an upstream side with respect to a compressor wheel 112 of the supercharger 11 in an intake passage 24 and the inside of a crank case 13; and a PCV pressure sensor 35 provided in the blow-by gas passage 31 and detecting a pressure in the blow-by gas passage 31 as a PCV pressure. When a period in which an intake air fluctuation amount as a fluctuation amount per a unit time of an intake air amount is a specified value or more, is defined as a specific period, a processing for calculating a pressure fluctuation amount as a fluctuation amount of a PCV pressure in the specific period, a processing for correcting the pressure fluctuation amount to a smaller value in comparison with that when the intake fluctuation amount is small in a case when the intake fluctuation amount in the specific period is large, and a processing for determining the presence or absence of abnormality in the blow-by gas passage on the basis of the pressure fluctuation after the correction, are executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
