Abstract:
To provide an abnormality diagnostic device of a hydraulic elevator capable of notifying a control center of an abnormality such as clogging of an oil return hose from a hydraulic cylinder as soon as possible so as to solve the conventional problem in that a car sometimes cannot be lifted to an uppermost floor if leaked oil stored in a ground part of the hydraulic elevator does not return to an oil tank and the hydraulic fluid inside the oil tank is insufficient.SOLUTION: The abnormality diagnostic device for diagnosing an abnormality of a hydraulic elevator includes: an oil tank storing hydraulic fluid; a hydraulic cylinder for moving up/down a plunger in accordance with the amount of the hydraulic fluid supplied from the oil tank; a car moving up/down in the interlocking relationship with the vertical movement of the plunger; a leaked oil recovery device for recovering the leaked oil of the hydraulic cylinder; and an oil return pump for returning the hydraulic fluid inside the leaked oil recovery device to the oil tank. An abnormality is diagnosed based on the number of activation times of the oil return pump for every predetermined traveling distance or based on the traveling distance for every activation of the oil return pump.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
