If abnormality occurs to the house of a user or an automobile that the user owns, detection outputs of various security sensors or a radio wave sent by a wireless transmission device 8 is inputted to a security receiver 1. A data transmission device 2 sends kind data, etc., based upon the contents of sent information of the security sensors to a data reception device 3 installed at an FM broadcasting station. The sent data are inputted to various data transmission devices of an FM broadcasting device 4 restored by the data reception device 3 and then inputted to a multiplexing device. Then the multiplexing device multiplexes them with digital data on other characters, figures, or sound and inputs the resulting data to a modulator.
