Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive abnormality determination device capable of determining the presence or absence of an abnormality and predicting failure in a pneumatic apparatus.SOLUTION: The abnormality determination device comprises first to fourth sound sensors 13, 31, 34 and 35 for detecting sound generated in pneumatic apparatuses such as a pneumatic cylinder, a pneumatic valve and first and second silencers, and a determination unit 42 for determining the current condition by analyzing the sound detected by the first to fourth sound sensors 13, 31, 34 and 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
