Abstract:

To establish an abnormality predicting and service life managing system capable of improving the operating ratio of a facility by checking the operating state of facility set in a remote place across each part in a real time, and notifying a production factory site of the discovery of abnormality and the contents of countermeasures from an expert's point of view, and deciding a maintenance term and a necessary time.

A facility 2, sensors S1, S2, ...Sn arranged in the neighborhood of the facility 2 for detecting the operating state of the facility 2, a controller 4 for inputting a signal to be outputted by a sensor group 3, and a monitor system 10 arranged away from the controller 4 are connected through the Internet 1. Then, the operating state of the facility is communicated to the monitor system 10, and the service life of the part is predicted based on the predicted information, and maintenance is executed before the any abnormality is occurred.
