Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a feeder and a press slide from interfering with each other.
SOLUTION: In the case of the occurrence of abnormality of a feeder 10, in which of the areas of a lift shaft servo motor 22 and feed shaft linear motor is the occurrence area of the abnormality is decided and whether such area exists in the interference region of the presses 2, 3 and the feeder 10 interfering with each other or not is decided. In accordance with the result of the decision, the appropriate stop processing of the presses 2, 3 and the feeder 10 is selected according to the abnormality occurrence area and the present position of the feeder 10, and is performed.
