Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for accurately detecting residual life of a lining component applied to the inner surface of a shot blast machine.
CONSTITUTION: An impact wave generated upon collision of a projecting member against a lining component 1 is received and converted into a high frequency electric signal. On the other hand the number of single wave generating times of envelope detection is accumulated and compared with a set value.
