PURPOSE: To improve thermal stability and endurance against a crack and to easily process an abrasion resistance plate used in the conveying and guiding portions of a substance such as a hopper, according to a method wherein the slip-out stopping concave portions of abrasion resistance strips made of ceramic are engaged with slip-out stopping protrusions to lay the abrasion resistance strips on a base member.
CONSTITUTION: Supporting members 4 having metal protrusions 40 are fixed to a stainless steel plate base member 2, abrasion resistance strips 3 made of ceramic being mounted on the base member 2 by engaging these slip-out stopping grooves 30 with the protrusions 40. The assembled strips 3 adjacent to each other are arranged so as to be contacted at these side portions, being mounted on the inner surface of a hopper or the like by means of a bolt 5. According to the above constitution, the process is made to be easy, the thermal stability being improved, and damage such as a crack or the like can be prevented.
