PURPOSE: To provide the titled molding material having excellent thermal stability and lubrication properties, and free from the problem of contact failure, by kneading a fluorine oil in a molding resin material, and taking advantage of the blooming of the fluorine oil to the surface of the molded article during the molding process by the viscosity difference between the resin and the oil.

CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting resin (e.g. phenolic resin, unsaturated polyester resin, etc.) or a thermoplastic resin (e.g. polycarbonate, polyacetal, polyester or polyamide resin) is mixed and kneaded thoroughly with a perfluoroether-type fluorine oil (e.g. oligomer of hexafluoropropylene oxide) having a viscosity of 50W500cst, preferably 70W450cst, to effect the uniform mixing and impregnation of the oil in the resin. The amount of the oil is 1W10wt% based on the resin molding material. The obtained mixture is molded. The molded article made of the titled material has an oil film of the fluorine oil formed uniformly on the whole surface of the article, and furthermore, contains the fluorine oil in the resin. Consequently, the lubrication property can be maintained for a long period.
