To provide an abrasive film whose plastic film surface is formed by abrasive layer in which a lot of infinitesimal silica particle is dispersed, fixed by binder resin, whose inside has no pore, in order to accomplish high flattening and abrasive rate at the same time.

This invention is related to an abrasive film 10 which is made by forming an abrasive layer 14, whose thickness is more than 50 μm, to the surface of a plastic film 11, and the abrasive layer 14 is made by fixing silica particle 12 of 50-85 wt.%, which is heat-treated at 100-400°C for 4-48 hours, by binder resin 13.
