Abstract:
To provide an abrasive film that can form an appreciable polished surface in an abrasive film for precision machining of an electronic part, an optical part and the like and for general mirror polishing, and a manufacturing method therefor.
The abrasive film 1 has a backing film 2 and an abrasive layer 4 formed on the backing film 2. The abrasive layer 4 includes, in a binder 7, abrasive grains 5 for polishing a polished surface and macromolecular particulates 6 for trapping a foreign matter generated during the polishing.
