An abrasive material 1 is constructed of a core part, which is arranged in the center part and is made of a solid type glass bead, and a coating layer which is made of silane and the like and covers the outer surface of the core part. Abrasive blasting is carried out by jetting this kind of abrasive material 1 at a high speed from a blast gun 5. In a workpiece to which the abrasive material 1 is blasted, a low melting point glass layer 95 is arranged on upper face of a base board 99, and on the upper face (surface) of the low melting point layer 95, a resist layer 91 is arranged. The low melting point glass layer 95 part in the workpiece constructed in this way is ground (blasted) by means of the abrasive material 1.
