PURPOSE: To provide an abrasive sheet suited to polishing a work part, especially capable on imparting a gloss uniformly without entailing any grinding marks or scratches on the surface of metal, and another abrasive sheet that is excellent in grindability and capable of easily grinding a metal surface, besides a manufacturing process for these abrasive sheets.
CONSTITUTION: Abrasive grains 1 are positive abrasive grains 1a or negative abrasive grains 1b or their mixtures. A device 20 for sorting the abrasive grains 1 into the positive ones 1a and the negative ones 1b consists of two electrodes 23 and 24 to be connected to a voltage source 21 and a means 28 for spraying the abrasive grains 1 in space between both the electrodes 23 and 24, sorting and collecting the positive abrasive grains 1a and the negative abrasive grains 1b stuck to these electrodes 23 and 24.
