Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a narrow teremp material which is used for a light shielding material of a cartridge from a wide teremp material by slitting and to enable to execute slitting at a high speed and with a stable quality without causing a ravel, etc.
CONSTITUTION: In a method and device in which the wide teremp material 81 for cartridge (original sheet width) is slitted at a specified width, a teremp material surface is preheated to the temp. of 50-80°C which is lower than a melting point of a hot melt material which is applied on the rear opposite to a pile surface of the teremp material 81 before the original sheet of teremp material 81 is entered into a lower slitter blade 41 to slit.
