To provide an absolute angle positioning device for the rotary member of a plaything, capable of performing rotation by 360, which is compact and highly durable with less power consumption without using a motor, an encoder, and a deceleration gear.

The absolute angle positioning device for the plaything includes: magnets which are mutually arranged at both the ends of the rotary member by separation at prescribed distance and have mutually opposing polarities in the respective lower parts; and not less than three odd-numbered coil parts where coils are respectively wound, which are fixedly arranged by separation in bases of the lower parts of the magnets by equal angle at prescribed distance, and where the polarity for attracting the polarity part of the magnet is generated when an electric current is permitted.
