To provide a post-treatment means capable of retaining an article in the unfolded state and fixing the article in the disposal state by easy operation.

Bag-shaped band insertion parts 81 and 82 having outlets 83 and 84 to the outer surface of the article are disposed on an abdomen-side part F and on a back-side part B at the center in the lateral direction, respectively. Both of the band insertion parts have the outlets 83 and 84 at or near the center in the longitudinal direction. The absorbent article has an elastic stretchable band 90 which extends from the front end of the abdomen-side part F, passing the outlet 83 of the band insertion part 81 in the abdomen-side part F and the outlet 84 of the band insertion part 82 in the back-side part B in this order, to the rear end of the back-side part B, and has fixing parts to be fixed to the article, disposed in the front end of the abdomen-side part F and the rear end of the back-side part B. The part between the fixing parts 87 and 88 in the band 90 can be extracted, while stretching, from the outlets 83 and 84 of the band insertion parts 81 and 82 to the outside of the article.
