Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent, a method for preparation of the absorbent, and an apparatus for and a method of removing COor HS or both of them.SOLUTION: There is provided the absorbent absorbing COor HS or both of them in a gas. The absorbent contains 1) a base compound of at least one tertiary monoamine selected from a tertiary monoamine group and 2) a first auxiliary compound of at least one secondary diamine selected from a secondary diamine group. The concentration of the secondary diamine is prescribed within the range from 0.05 to 0.5 in the auxiliary concentration index represented by a following expression (I): auxiliary concentration index=[secondary diamine acid dissociation exponent (pKa)/tertiary monoamine acid dissociation exponent (pKa)](index ratio)×[secondary diamine molar concentration (mol/L)/tertiary monoamine molar concentration (mol/L)](molar ratio) ...
